有追影集習慣的人應該會注意到Peter Kause，也就是本作lawer一角，他在Six Feets Under繼承父親的殯儀館/The Lost Room中是一個尋找失蹤在神秘房間女兒的父親，兩部都有他精彩的演出。他的臉看起來很適合溫和類型的角色，所以在DSM中的形象扮演複雜大家庭中的斡旋者也是理所當然囉。
